Get ready to lace up your running shoes for the inaugural Thru the Ville 5K, the newest addition to Mayor Craig Greenberg’s Planet Fitness Mayorthon Race Series!
This exciting race takes runners on a unique tour that showcases some of the most iconic landmarks on University of Louisville’s campus.
Starting at 9 a.m. at L&N Federal Credit Union Stadium, participants will run through campus, pass the historic Thinker statue at Grawemeyer Hall, the Speed Art Museum, run through the heart of campus in the Quad and finish back at L&N Stadium.
The race will be professionally chip-timed. All participants will receive a commemorative Thru the Ville 5K long-sleeve race shirt and a custom finishers medal.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE BOURBON & BEYOND 5K TOMORROW:
Your only entrance into the Kentucky Exposition Center tomorrow morning will be Gate 6 off Preston Highway.
Gate Opening: The gate will open at 6:00 a.m.
Parking Fees: There is no charge for parking. Simply show your race bib or let the attendant know you’re participating in the Bourbon & Beyond 5K.
Parking Location: After entering, proceed counterclockwise to Lot F. If Lot F reaches capacity, overflow parking will be directed to Lot H.
Parking Attendants: Staff will be on-site to help guide you.
