The mats are packed, the blocks are loaded, and everything is ready for tomorrow morning’s Sunrise Yoga session at the 20th Anniversary of MagnaCon 2026.

I’m looking forward to starting the day with movement, breath, mindfulness, and connection as we explore the benefits of yoga and PEMF together. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this class is designed for all levels.

We’re excited to introduce Lauren, our newest teacher at Harmony in Motion Yoga! Lauren brings years of teaching experience, a love for traditional Hatha Yoga, and a calming, welcoming presence to every class.

Lauren is currently serving as a substitute teacher and will be leading tomorrow’s 6:00 PM Slow Flow class. Join us for 50 minutes of gentle movement, stretching, and relaxation to help you unwind and recharge.
