Our last post season award goes to senior Abbey Elalouf.
Abbey is being awarded with the first annual Monarch Coyotes girls flag football Grit award.
And from now on this award will be known as the Abbey Elalouf Grit Award!!!

Abbey was another one of our great senior leaders who helped get this team off the ground. She played a position that wasn’t flashy but was beyond important to our team and did it with pride setting tons of key blocks to help our offense run. Abbey also took and layed her share of hard hits when blocking or getting her flags pulled and was always ready to defend her teamates.
Abbey even helped draw up a play that scored a TD in the state playoffs!

This team counted on Abbey so much and she helped pave the way for this season and the future to come and that is why this award will be named after her going forward!

Thank you for your contributions to a great season Abbey!!

Our next Post season award again goes to Senior Avery Kennedy.
Avery was named honorable mention for ALL STATE 4A

In our previous post we gave you Avery’s stats so in this post we would just like to thank Avery for all her efforts getting the girls flag football team off the ground as this program would not exist without her efforts!

We are ecstatic to see Avery deservedly honored on the All State team!

Next Post season award goes to Senior Avery Kennedy.
Avery was named First Team All City League 4A at wide receiver.

Avery is a large reason the Monarch Team came to be and she was a great leader for our team and a difference maker for our offense.

Avery finished the season with 122 yds, 2 rushing TDs, 38 catches, 441 receiving yards, 8 receiving TDS, and 1 Interception on defense.

Our Team will miss Avery immensely but we cannot wait to see what the future holds for her!

Our next Post season award goes to Junior Marin Kunkel.
Marin was named 2nd Team All City League 4A for defense.

Marin brought an intensity and aggression that really set a tone for our defense and we can’t wait to see what she does next season.

Marin finished the season with 47 Flag Pulls/ 8 interceptions and 5 passes batted down!

Our next Post Season Award goes to Senior Kate Ernst. Runningback/wide receiver

Kate was another one of our senior leaders, she was reliable, dependable, a great teammate all year. Kate’s speed helped our offense a ton.

Kate finished the season with: 183 rushing yds and 2 rushing tds and 189 receiving yards.

We will miss Kate but can’t wait to see what her future holds!

Our Second Post Season Award goes to Junior Sidney Miller. Quarterback

Sidney in her first year playing flag football showed a lot of grit and leadership and development and we can’t wait to see what she does next year.

She finished the season with 1153 passing yards/ 18 passing tds/ and 4 rushing TDS

Our first post season award goes to Senior Sami Kianpour. She was named Honorable mention for All City League 4a as a rusher.

Sami was one of our senior leaders she played hard and intense and finished the season with 22 Flag Pulls and 7 sacks!
