A decade of friendship. It’s honestly wild to be able to pick up where we left off. No one knows more. To the moon and back.
01/03/2024
A year in review. So many things I could say. Wild that it’s already been a full year since moving down to Florida.
-
Had some amazing experiences and met lifelong friends along the way and for that I’ll be forever grateful. That’s how I’ve viewed this life, just one big experience. It’s a miracle that we’re even here experiencing this when you really think about it.
-
Thought I had what I wanted to do for 2024 figured out, what I wanted to work on, what goals I wanted to achieve spiritually, financially, etc. but with recent events that have happened I’ve found myself in a lot of deep thought over the last few days. I’ve never actually wrote these thoughts out let alone share them but here it goes…
-
For as long as I can remember I’ve been closed off, quiet, introverted. That kid who always sat in the back of the class and never raised his hand, never really said a word. I’ll always remember at those parent-teacher conferences when they would say “Ben is a good student, always does his work but he never talks. I don’t really even know him.” Think it probably stems from my childhood, not wanting to be a burden on my parents since they were dealing with the stress of just trying to keep my sister alive her entire life. I’ve carried it over into other aspects of my life and it’s affected friendships, relationships with family and significant others.
-
I don’t feel like most people really know who I am, maybe it’s fear of being judged, fear of being vulnerable, fear of being hurt again. But like I said before life is about experience, to feel emotion; love, pain, joy, sadness, anger, regret, happiness… it’s what makes us human.
-
Can’t help but wonder if I would have opened up to Parker a little more that he’d still be here, that he’s not alone, if I would have called him when he texted just a couple of weeks ago if it would have changed anything, maybe not, but I’ll never know and that’s something that is going to be in the back of my mind for a long time.

Some say it’s all down hill from 30, some say 30 is just the beginning 🤷🏻♂️
-
I’ll choose the latter.

2023: The year of Gainz and tattoo pain 🙌🏼
-
5 Simple things to focus on when trying to gain
-
1️⃣Eat in a caloric surplus. Make sure to have high protein foods that are clean
2️⃣Incorporate more compound movements
3️⃣Progressive overload/increasing intensity
4️⃣Hit your muscles from different angles ex. (flat bench & incline bench)
5️⃣Get adequate rest. No need to overtrain. Remember you’re breaking down muscle in the gym. You build through nutrition and rest👍

My little buddy 🖤

I truly believe one of the worst things you can do in this life is bearing the weight of others opinions about you and seeking external validation.
-
In my experience it only leads to more anxiety/depression and overall stress…
“What if they don’t like me?” “What if they think I’m a failure?”
“Why do they talk bad about me?”
-
Constantly seeking external validation will only lead to negative outcomes and in turn you can become someone or something that is unrecognizable when you look in the mirror.
-
Learn to look in.
-
LOVE YOURSELF.
-
Love yourself for all your perfections and imperfections, all your strengths and weaknesses, all your flaws and all your strong points.
-
I really don’t care what car you drive, how big your house is, what your career is, how much money you have etc.
-
How do you make people feel? Do they feel loved? Appreciated? Respected? Cherished?
-
Learn to have gratitude. Learn to love. Learn to have joy and passion.
-
To me life is about the experience. Creating friendships and lifelong bonds that can’t be broken. Family. It’s a f****** miracle that we’re even alive right now experiencing this life through an eternal consciousness (at least that’s what I believe)
-
None of those material things matter.
-
What matters is what feeds your soul.🔥

🚨Client Spotlight🚨
-
Chris has been putting in the work
-
Being consistent over an extended period of time and following a designed plan WILL lead to results
-
Over the months Chris has lost a significant amount of body fat while adding some solid muscle 💪🏼
-
Not only has his body composition changed but one of the main reasons we started working together was to bring down his resting heart rate. At one point it was sitting at 97bpm and we have it down to about 70bpm and is continuing to drop
-
Just goes to show hard work and dedication will go a long way… and we’re not even getting started yet
-
If you’re struggling to see results, DM/Email or click the link in bio and let’s get started on developing a plan together
