Pretty stoked on this.
Jan 1st I’m going to be launching a monthly coaching option that I have lovingly dubbed “Casual Savagery”.
This is going to be perfect for those of you who are interested in hybrid training and want to to be able to do it all, but maybe aren’t in a place financially for 1-on-1, or just aren’t interested in 1-on-1.
Expect to be exposed to a wide variety of movements and conditioning modalities to keep things interesting and engaging, and to keep you generally prepared for anything life throws at you.
Signups will open up on Saturday with the first day of actual programming starting on that following Monday, the 1st.
At less than $1 a day ($27/mo) it’s a pretty sick deal in my biased opinion.
To sweeten the deal, I’m offering a discount code that will only be valid Saturday and Sunday. The code will give you 95% off your first month (literally the most I was allowed to discount it) - this comes out to a grand total of $1.35 for your first month 😂
If you want the discount code all you have to do is go to the link in my bio and signup for my email list - I’ll be sending out the email first thing Saturday morning.
I plan on dropping more information about the program as the week goes on, but if you have any questions just let me know!
See you on the other side 🤘

And with that, 2023 Guardian Games is a wrap.
What. A. Day.
21 teams, 63 athletes, and a ton of volunteers, spectators, and vendors.
Proud of this kickass fitness competition we put together to highlight our veteran and first responder community.
It takes a village, and I’m super thankful for all of the folks who pulled together today to make this happen.
and I are already planning how to make this thing bigger and better next year…
This is just the beginning 🤘🇺🇸

“If this is the hardest thing you have to do today, you’re damn lucky”
Feeling incredibly grateful for this crew, this country, and all of the brave men and women who paid the ultimate sacrifice.

MURPH: A hero WOD dedicated to Lieutenant Michael Murphy who was killed in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005.
This workout can seem daunting at first - I get it.
BUT, that’s exactly the point.
It should be challenging and push you to your limits.
We get the opportunity to honor those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice through this CHOSEN suffering.
However don’t let this discourage you from participating…
The effort and thought behind what you’re doing is what truly matters - not the reps or whether or not you’re wearing a vest.
I’d encourage you to find a way to make it happen and give a go.
It is infinitely scalable and modifiable.
As long as your head is in the right place, the workout is challenging (but realistic) for YOU, and you gave it your all - you’re doing it right.
I’ve given you a few different options here just to show that you really don’t have any excuse…
If you’re in my neck of the woods and wanna come throw down on Monday , you can sign up at for FREE. But do it soon, because there are only a few spots remaining.
If you need some help making this workout work for you, shoot me a message and we will figure something out.
Give it your all, remember why you’re doing it, and remember how fortunate you are to be able to CHOOSE to experience the pain and discomfort 🇺🇸🤘

Heavy deadlifts yesterday, and a heavy half marathon (15 miles instead of 13.1) 1st place overall this morning.
This is what it’s all about - being able to do it all.
For no other reason than the fact that I want to, and it’s fun.
Shoutout to my dude for pulling out the win on the ruck this morning, and to the rest of the squad who came out and threw down.
Now Murph on Monday to round out a solid few days of training and fun.
I love this.

Every time you put something off, your future self is a paying a price.
What is your inaction costing your future self?
Stop waiting around for the perfect moment
It doesn’t exist
You’ll always find a way to justify your procrastination if you let yourself
But if you ever want to get anywhere, eventually you just have to make the decision to make a move regardless of your current situation
Inaction is a choice
And it’s a dangerous one.
For those of you who are ready to make the decision to take action - I am currently looking for new clients to join the team.
This is for experienced athletes who are ready to take things to the next level, as well as beginners who are tired of spinning their wheels and aren’t sure where to start.
Go the the link in my bio and fill out the coaching application to get started 🤘

Moving meditation ⛰️
No music.
No people.
No outside stimulation.
It’s something that’s difficult to find in day to day life where we are constantly being stimulated or seeking stimulation.
But I look forward to this every week.
Actually, I find myself craving it.
It fills me up and recharges me in a way that nothing else really can.
I’m not sure what it is - but there is something special about it.
Incredibly thankful for mornings like these.
And even more grateful for Odin 🐺
Cant forget him…
