Keith 3v3 Soccer Tournament

Congrats to PSG! Thank you to everyone that came out to watch or participate in the tournament!!

Come out and support the teams playing in the tournament today!! Games start at 12pm and will end around 2:30pm. Anyone who comes is welcome to a free cupcake!

Rules
This tournament will follow the normal IHSA rules and regulations for each game. The first round of matches will be 5 minutes total per game. Each team will play at least 3 games. Each team may only have 3 players on the field at a time during the match.
· No cleats

· No goal tending

· If a player touches the ball inside the area it goes to half field on the dot

· If the ball goes out of bounds, the correct restart will be at the midfield red dot

· No playing on the ground even if an opposing player is not involved

· If a Blue Card is given to a player that player must sit out for 30 seconds

· 2 Blue Cards will result in a Red Card

· Blue Cards will be given to a player for

-Boarding

-Too many players on the field

-Equipment

-Slide tackles

· Red Cards will be given to a player for

-Striking another player with intention

-Bad Language toward another player

-Trying to start a fight

-Fighting


Points
Each win will give a team 3 points. A tie will give the team 1 point. And a loss will give the team 0 points. If there is a tie in points during the first round for teams moving on to the semi finals, the team with the most goals scored will advance.

Enjoy playing soccer? Come out and play for a good fundraising cause. This tournament is about raising money for people who have leukemia and don't have enough money to get treated. The tournament will be a single day tournament only & will be held Saturday March 12th. Prices for each individual team will be $50. Pay at the door. You are only eligible to have 5 players per team. HIGH SCHOOL ONLY! But if by any chance the full $50 is not payed on the day of the tournament, the team will be ineligible to play. In other words players don't forget your money! Last day to registration for this tournament will be Tuesday March 8th. So players be ready to play March 12th & kick some leukemia butt.
