Lewis Automative may have lots of horsepower, but so does ARTC🔥

On this hot summer Saturday, athletes blazed down (and slightly up) Dickson Street! Some conquered PR’s and some conquered their own doubts in their fitness, but all showed up and gave it their 100%! That’s what it’s all about!

ARTC XC Camp was 💯 We already miss it!!

It was a week packed with learning, miles, laughter, personal growth, goal setting, and blossoming friendships. The goal was simple: guide young athletes to run with a healthy mind, body, and soul now and for years to come!

Thank you to everyone who made it possible! We may all have tired legs and brains crammed with lots of new knowledge, but our hearts sure are full!
