2026 Lowell, MA Cooperstown Baseball Team

What an accomplishment for these boys!

Congratulations to Lowell Youth Baseball 12U for becoming the 2026 New England Regional Champions. This is a remarkable season that showcased the team’s resilience, sportsmanship, and teamwork.

This is the first ever Lowell team to ever win a New England Regional Championship and qualifying to go to Nationals. Their dedication and achievements bring immense pride to the Lowell community and the Lowell Youth Baseball program.

What a season for this team! Although it didn’t end the way we wanted, this experience will forever be the greatest 12u memory. We would like to give a big shoutout to Coach Flo, Coach Swett, Coach Zahareas and Coach Kane for coaching these boys and keeping their heads held high. We would also like to thank everyone who supported this team, they couldn’t have done it without you! We are excited to be heading home!

After a big win against Panama today (yeah we play other countries now:) the 12U team refuses to go home.

The opening ceremonies was rescheduled to last night due to some heavy rains last week. The drone show was awesome!

The team went 5-0 in pool play and was the #3 seed overall. Unfortunately we couldn’t continue to bracket play because we are headed to the Cal Ripken World Series in Branson, MO.
