It takes 21 days of healthy eating and working out and it will become a habit.
I just finished up my health coaching training with the Institute of Integrated nutrition and am now officially a certified health coach!
I would love to help YOU get fit, healthy, and happy in 21 days. I'm offering a combined health coaching and one on one training. We would meet twice a week for workouts that would be 45 minutes long, once every two weeks for one on one health coaching. I will help with grocery list, recipes, and provide some very useful handouts and reading materials throughout our sessions. I believe in bio-individuality where one person food could be another persons poison. I believe in a healthy lifestyle no diets! I want to help YOU be a Fit Vibrant Mom. Health tip: Get Enough Sleep- you need at least 7 to 8 hours a night. Poor sleep can drive insulin resistance, throw your appetite out of whack, reduce your physical and mental performances.
FITNESStip- never do the same workout! The reason most people donât see change isnât because they donât work hard itâs because they donât make their workout harder. Ex: add more weight, less rest time, or faster intervals.

Affirmation for the day: I wake up today with strength in my heart and clarity in my mind.
Fitness tip- See how many squats you can get in throughout the day. While making lunch do a few, when you have a minute away from your desk do a few, when you are looking at something on your computer do a few, when you are in line at grocery store do a few. It adds up! đ
Healthy mind-take a moment to breathe. Close your eyes and breath through your nose and out your nose. Relax your whole body, think of your perfect place, stay in that place in your mind and just breathe. Only takes about 2-3 minutes but the calmness inside of you will last a lot longer!!
Hi friends! Starting a womenâs bootcamp tomorrow morning at 5:30! We will do 25 minutes of HIIT and 15 of yoga to end the practice. What a great way to
start your day!! Come try it out! Cost is $40 a month for non members of Texstar and $25 for
Members. We will meet every Tuesday/Thursday at 5:30.
