Ready to take your game to the next level this summer? The Cooper Baseball Showcase League is officially back, and it’s time to build your game under the lights!

🗓 Season Dates: July 17 – September 11
⚾ 10-Game Guarantee + Single Elimination Tournament
⏰ Games played throughout the week

🔥 BIG UPGRADES FOR OUR OLDER DIVISIONS! 🔥

We are making a major shift to focus on player development and real-game preparation.
For our upper divisions, we are moving to advanced field dimensions to get these players ready for the next level:

11U & 12U Divisions: Moving to 50/70 field dimensions (Open Bases)!

13/14U Division: Moving to 60/90 field dimensions (Open Bases)!

Why the change? This is all about high school prep. By playing on intermediate and full-sized diamonds with open bases, our 11–14 year olds will learn the real rules of the game—leading off, stealing, and pitching from true distances—giving them a massive competitive edge before they hit the high school field.

The Showcase is a Bring Your Own Team league, but we want every kid on the dirt this summer.

Looking for a team? Sign up as a Free Agent! While we cannot guarantee placement on a roster, there are always coaches in our league actively looking to pick up extra players to fill out their squads. We will do everything we can to help connect independent players with teams looking for talent!

Last night’s closing ceremonies were absolutely amazing! Seeing all of our Lubbock-Cooper Little League players, families, and coaches come together to celebrate all their hard work, growth, and sportsmanship was the perfect way to wrap up the year.

A massive THANK YOU to everyone who stepped onto the field, cheered from the stands, and volunteered behind the scenes to make this season possible. We are so proud of this community! ❤️🖤

Come celebrate an incredible season with food, fun, and trophies! Bring the whole family out for one last big night on the fields.

⏰ Time: 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM

🕒 Schedule of Events

4:30 PM – Free Kids' Dinner: We kick things off with free hamburgers and hot dogs for the kids! 🍔🌭

5:00 PM – The Main Ceremony: Gathering together to celebrate our amazing players and teams. 🏆

Post-Ceremony – Home Run Derby! Watch the kids smash them out of the park! Balls will be fed by the machine, and trophies will be awarded to our home run champions. ⚾️💥

Player Spotlight: A Dominant Performance on the Mound! ⚾️🔥

Join us in celebrating an absolutely historic performance from one of our own! Josiah Hernandez ( #13) put on a clinic this week, delivering a game that players dream about.

Not only did he command the mound, but he also showed up huge at the plate. Check out these incredible stats from his latest outing:

Tonight, the Lubbock Cooper Little League family asks our community to lift one of our own up in prayer.

Please keep one of our league umpires, Britton Voss, and the entire Voss family in your thoughts and prayers during this incredibly difficult time. Britton has been a valued part of our baseball community, and right now his family needs strength, comfort, healing, and support from all of us.

We ask for prayers for wisdom for the doctors, peace for the family through the uncertainty, and healing for Britton in the days ahead.
