Thank you to everyone who voted for the Sunday morning run poll.

❗We will officially be changing the Sunday morning run time to 7am starting November 1st through the end of February. ❗

The three remaining Sunday runs in October will remain at 6am. We hope this change allows everyone to get a little extra sleep during the winter months and to be safer with some extra light for the run. Hope to see some new people out there!!

MONDAYS ARE FOR GROUP RUNS + CRAFT B**R. Join us this Monday at 6:30 p.m. for the RUN LBK at Good Line Run (Oct. 5)! We run, walk, or ruck a two-mile loop around the Tech Terrace neighborhood, and Good Line B**r Co offers us a generous $2 discount off beers after.

We gather outside on the side patio and take a group photo just before leaving. Our dedicated walking group joins us on Mondays as well.

RUN LBK weekly group runs are always free. Just show up, run, + have fun.

Hello Beautiful Sunday Runners! Good to have all of y’all out this morning for some fall weather temps 🍂

There was a poll posted yesterday (in the Facebook group) asking about changing the Sunday morning start time to 7am for November through the end of February. So far, it looks like this will be the case. For now, we will keep meeting at 6am and I will close the poll on Wednesday. If you are thinking about joining us, keep your eye out for our start time! It will for sure be 6am until the end of October. Hope to see some of y’all out there 😊 Canyon Lakes East Parking lot 🅿️
