Join me this week! Your playlists are listed here! We’ve got some great music coming your way with amazing workouts as well. Meet me in the barn and let’s do this!

Don’t forget to join me tomorrow morning for SHiNE (10) and UPLIFT (11). Meet me in the barn or join via zoom!

Yesterday I had you join me for an hour of SHiNE in 2 minutes. Today, come take a tour of UPLIFT. Give me 2 minutes of your time, you’ll get to see what type of work we do in each class. Legs, b***y, biceps, shoulders, back, balance, chest/triceps, core and abs. How can you go wrong?

Come on a virtual tour of my SHiNE class! You get a great workout, burn tons of calories, laugh consistently, and get to listen to my random sound effects and bad karaoke.
