Can you burn 800 calories in roughly 90 minutes?

Yes. But probably not while playing tennis😅

A Stanford study tried 7 trackers and found that the best was inaccurate by 27% while the worst one was off by 93%.

So, it’s a good idea to not take these numbers very seriously. If you’re trying to lose fat and think you just burnt an extra 800 calories so you binge on a Crumbl cookie, it’s not gonna go well😅

Trackers are sweet. Just don’t take it as final.
