Just a little reminder for your Thursday..

This belly has carried two babies, and now it’s carrying my third. 🤍

The stretch marks didn’t appear because my body failed me. They appeared because my body did exactly what it was created to do.

For years, I looked at them as imperfections. Now I see them as reminders of late-night feedings, tiny kicks, first cries, and the greatest blessings of my life.

This body has changed, but it has also created life for the 3rd time now.

So if you’re looking at your stretch marks today wishing they weren’t there, I hope you remember this: they are not flaws. They are evidence of strength, sacrifice, and a love so big that your body made room for it.

And that’s something to be proud of. 🤍

As we’ve welcomed lots of new members lately and classes continue to fill up, we wanted to remind everyone that there is a mandatory $12no-show fee for booked classes that are missed without canceling.

If your plans change, please cancel your reservation at least a hour before so another member has the opportunity to grab that spot.
