Another tournament, another ring. 💍💜💚🧡🤍

What a bittersweet weekend.

These girls left everything they had on the field. They went undefeated, battled their way to the championship, lost by just ONE run to force the “if” game, and barely had a break all day. Through every inning, every game, and every challenge, not once did they complain. They simply showed up and gave it everything they had.

For some of these girls, this was the last tournament they’ll play together. Next month, a few will move up to 10U, making this the end of an era.

The majority of this team has been together since they were just 5 years old when we started as the Bombers. Over the years, we’ve added a few more girls who quickly became family. Watching these friendships grow, seeing the memories we’ve made, celebrating victories, learning through losses, and witnessing their teamwork, sportsmanship, and love for one another has been something truly special.

It’s hard to put into words how proud we are of this group. They’ve grown into incredible athletes, but even better young ladies.

And the best part? This is only the beginning.

The Dawgs family has grown so much. Come August, we’ll proudly have 6U, 8U, and 10U teams. What started as a dream with myself, Adam, and Rebecca—along with the help and support of so many amazing people—has turned into something bigger than we ever imagined.

To our girls: thank you for trusting us, working hard, and making every moment worth it. No matter where each of you goes next, you’ll always be part of the Dawgs family.

Here’s to the memories we’ve made, the friendships that will last forever, and the exciting future ahead. Once a Dawg, always a Dawg.

Tournament season has been in full swing since April, and the amount of rings these Dawgs have brought home is unreal. 💍

This group of girls knows exactly what they want, and they’re willing to put in the work to get it. They keep us on our toes, test our patience, and definitely keep our stress levels high—but we wouldn’t have it any other way.

If only everyone could see where we started compared to where we are now. The growth, the grit, the confidence, and the bond these girls have built has been incredible to watch. They truly have each other’s backs, and that’s what makes the Dawgs different.

As summer ball comes to an end, some of these girls will be moving up to the next level. While it’s bittersweet, we’re so proud of each and every one of them. The memories we’ve made this summer—the long weekends, championship games, late nights, team dinners, dance parties, laughs, tears, and all those rings—are memories that will last a lifetime.

Wouldn’t trade this team for anything. Thank you for making this summer one we’ll never forget.

The Dawgs 6u are holding tryouts on Monday, July 20th at 6pm, and we’d love to meet your future ballplayer!

We’re looking for girls who are eager to learn, ready to work hard, and excited to compete in a fun, positive team environment. No matter their experience level, a great attitude and willingness to grow are what matter most!🥎

If you would’ve told me when we got to Lindale that we’d be there for 15 hours, I would’ve laughed, but that’s exactly how our Midnight Madness tournament went. We came in as the #1 seed out of 14 teams and played in the Gold Bracket. The tournament got almost two hours behind, we battled through an ITB game, had a three-hour break before the championship, went through way too many Pixy Stix, spent plenty of time on the playground, danced, took a couple of power naps, made new friends, and just let the girls be kids while we waited.

When it was finally time to play for the championship, they were ready. Fifteen hours later, these girls were putting on another ring, this time as Tournament Champions. Watching them fight through the exhaustion, stay locked in, and never give up made this one extra special because they earned every bit of it. And can we all appreciate that they finally decided not to take the long way to the championship this weekend? 😂 I’ll take that as a win too.

I’m so proud of this group. They play hard, they love each other, and they know how to have fun no matter what. Nights like this are the ones they’ll remember forever, and honestly, so will I. Way to go, Dawgs! 🧡💜💚🤍🥎🏆

That’s a wrap for a very successful season for Dawgs 8U! Our girls finished 8 wins (with 7 game win streak) 2 losses and 1 incomplete game! We are very proud of this group.
