Lugoff-Elgin faced some of the strongest competition in the state today and came away with:

📈 11 improved state-qualifying times
💪 A 17–2 season record

The Demons are back at home Thursday night at the Kershaw County Aquatic Center, bringing an 8–2 record into another big meet!
We’ll welcome Airport, Brookland-Cayce, Camden, Hartsville, Irmo, Lower Richland, North Central, Richland Northeast, and Westwood for a packed night of racing.

👀 Records to keep an eye on:
Jacob Hodges has already rewritten the Boys 100 Breast record this season — can he lower it again?
Harlin Boyce set the 500 free last year and gets a chance to rewrite the record this season.
And with our relays continuing to improve, and one new relay record this season, those relay records are becoming something to watch as we head toward the championship portion of the season.

Another big night in the pool for Lugoff-Elgin! Our swimmers continued to build on a strong start to the season with new state cuts, improved state times, new personal bests, and a NEW TEAM RECORD! 8-2 on the season!
