Our friends at Altis Grand Suncoast got some great work in this week. Implemented some isolation/ movement tempo exercises. Excellent protocol for not only building muscular endurance but also fine tuning the neuro-muscular connection.

After many many years as a strength and conditioning coach and many many years working in sports orthopedic surgery, there was a realization that many sports related injuries could be mitigated by teaching our students athletes how to move properly.
