Exercise is not a punishment for what you eat.

It’s true that going on a diet is hard, and it’s easy to feel like you’re being punished by the food you’re not eating. But it’s also true that exercise is one of the best ways to make sure your body stays healthy and active, which in turn makes sure that you feel good about yourself and your life!

So how do you make this work for you? Think about what it would mean if you didn’t have access to exercise, either because of lack of time or money for classes or equipment.

You can still exercise without going to a gym—you just need to find creative ways to get your workout done at home! there are tons of ways to get your sweat on even if you don’t have a gym membership.

Fitness taught me many things. It taught me to be focused, consistent, and happy. 💯

📣It taught me the importance of discipline and how to stick to a schedule. It also taught me that in order to be successful in any field, you must make sacrifices and work hard.

📣Fitness also taught me that if you put in the effort and work hard enough to achieve something meaningful in your life, then it will pay off in many ways over time not just physically but mentally as well!
