This Memorial Day weekend our Premier Life family took on Murph 🇺🇸💪🏻
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 squats
1 mile run
But Murph is more than a workout.
It’s sweat.
It’s challenge.
It’s teamwork.
It’s honoring sacrifice. ❤️🤍💙
Every rep completed this weekend was done in remembrance and gratitude for those who gave everything.
Watching our members push through, encourage one another, modify when needed, and finish strong is exactly what Premier Life is about.
Strong bodies. Strong minds. Strong community.
This is what it means to train for life — not just for today.

Meet Janet! 💪🏻✨
Janet has been training with us for over a year and heading into the new year, she knew she needed a little extra push to finally see the scale move. While she had already gained strength, energy, and confidence, we knew nutrition was the missing piece. 👏🏻
