Looking for some extra court time? Come hang out with us for OPEN GYM! 🙌🏼

⏰ 5:00–6:30PM
📍 Mabank Intermediate School- NEW GYM
💲 $10 per player
🏐 Open to ALL age groups!

This will be open play, so the girls can get extra touches, play, and have some fun on the court! Coach Lacy and Coach Kaylie will also be there and happy to give some extra help to anyone who wants it! 💪🏼🏐

Grab your knee pads, tennis shoes, and come get some extra volleyball in with us! We’d love to see you there! 🏐🔥

🏐💚 OUR 3/4TH GRADE GIRLS SHOWED UP READY TO WORK TODAY! 💚🏐

These girls are getting better and better EVERY week, and we are loving the growth we’re seeing! 🔥 Week 3 brought so much improvement across ALL 3 of our Level Up divisions, and we are so proud of the work they’re putting in!

Now it’s time to head into WEEK 4 STRONG 💪🏼🏐 and keep building before we get to show it all off during our scrimmages! 🙌🏼

We are officially heading into Week 3 of our Level Up Fall Clinics, and we are SO excited to keep building on everything these girls have learned so far! 🔥

3/4TH GRADE SHOWED UP TONIGHT!

We worked on:
💚 Proper passing platforms
📣 Calling the ball
🏐 Underhand + overhand serve mechanics

And we had to finish with AMOEBA! 😂🙌🏼
Safe to say they loved it just as much as our 5/6th graders!

Lots of energy, lots of reps, and lots of LEVELING UP! 💪🏼💚

🏐🔥 7/8TH GRADE CAME READY TO WORK! 🔥🏐

The energy was HIGH, the effort was there, and these girls were LOCKED IN! 💪🏼

We’re pushing this group to play faster, communicate louder, stay controlled, and keep building confidence with every rep. And they are rising to the challenge!

We LOVE seeing the hustle, the teamwork, and the way they continue to encourage each other along the way. 💚

ANOTHER GREAT NIGHT OF LEVEL UP CLINICS!

Our girls worked hard, had fun, and brought such great energy to the gym last night!

We ended our 5/6th grade clinic with one of our FAVORITE serving games, AMOEBA! 🙌 🏐 It’s always a huge hit with the girls, but it’s also a great way to work on target serving, consistency, and serving under pressure while keeping things fun!

One of our favorite parts of the night wasn’t just the volleyball, it was watching this group cheer each other on, celebrate success, and encourage their teammates through every serve. 💚

Those are the moments that remind us exactly why we coach. 🥹🏐 Watching these girls grow in their skills, confidence, and love for the game is what it’s all about!

We are so proud of this group and can’t wait to keep building! 💪🏼💚
