𝗡𝗼 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗸𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗯𝗮𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗴𝗼𝘁.

Not even me at first.

Even though diabetes ran in my family, my Type 2 diagnosis hit me hard. And honestly? The shame was brutal.

I remember leaving the doctor’s office with a prescription, a referral… and tears in my eyes.

Everyone told me:
Lose weight.
Exercise more.
Watch your carbs.

But almost no one explained HOW to actually do that in real life without feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, or deprived.

At night, fear kept me awake.
I worried about complications.
I worried about losing my independence.
I worried I had somehow failed myself.

But little by little, things changed.
Not through perfection.
Not through starvation diets.
Not through giving up every food I loved. 😉

𝙄 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙙 𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙩𝙤 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝙒𝙄𝙏𝙃 𝙢𝙮 𝙗𝙤𝙙𝙮 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝙛𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙩 𝙞𝙩.
