🌳🎬 SOMETHING DIFFERENT FROM SMAK REEL & CAMP! 🎣

Before I started making fishing videos, I spent 14 years working as a professional tree climber and trimmer!

In this video, I'm getting back into some tree work, taking down two trees, including one with a large broken section still hanging from the top.

A little chainsaw work, some cleanup, and a look at a different side of my outdoor life!

If you've only seen me fishing, you might enjoy this one! 😂

🎣 Kayak anglers… you already know. 😂

Somehow “I’m just gonna keep the setup simple” turns into THIS.

Electronics, tackle, rods, batteries, accessories… and somehow there’s always room for one more upgrade. 🤣

What’s the ONE thing on your kayak that you absolutely won’t fish without?

Let’s hear it 👇

🎣 First trip to East Crooked Lake!

Hit a new lake with Rich from Tricky Dick Fishing. We spent the beginning of the morning searching the shallows without much going on, but once we moved to the drop-offs and w**d beds, we started figuring them out.

Ended up with bass and pike, with all of mine coming on an Aaron's Magic Roboworm drop shot, while Rich caught his on a yellow chatterbait.

Definitely learned a few things about East Crooked on our first trip there!

🎣 NEW VIDEO — EAST CROOKED LAKE!

First time ever fishing East Crooked Lake, and Rich from Tricky Dick Fishing joined me for the adventure.

We started the morning under some seriously heavy cloud cover and spent some time checking the shallows… but they just weren't there.

Once we moved out and started working the drop-offs and w**d beds, we finally started figuring them out! 👊

🐟 I ended up with 3 pike and several largemouth, with every one of my fish coming on the Aaron's Magic Roboworm drop shot.

Rich was doing his damage with a yellow chatterbait, putting several bass and pike in the kayak as well.

No giants this trip, but that's part of fishing a lake for the first time — find the pattern, make the adjustment, and start catching fish.

And once those clouds disappeared, it turned into an absolutely beautiful day on the water. ☀️
