Happy Monday morning SAYSA families and friends. I’m excited to come on here because i’d like your help-Please help me in giving a HUGE shoutout of CONGRATULATIONS to our U13 Girls-Team Valkyrie. They took 2ND PLACE this past weekend at the Oregon Fall Fury Tournament.
Lead by Head Coach Mark Sommerhauser and Assistant Coach’s Katherine Kartman & Kitty Montgomery, the team of Vaughn Andreska, Gretchen Berger, Ellie Bucy, Charlotte Dalstrom, Amber Daniels, Brooklyn Drouin, June Johnson, McKenna Kartman, Amari Kleven, Sage Mowry, Vlada Poilova, Scarlet Richards, Eloise Sommerhauser, Livy Werginz and Allison Wittleder, fought HARD until the very end. Recording only one loss, early on the whole weekend, these girls battled back with everything they had to secure 2nd place. They NEVER gave up, always had smiles on their faces and came together as a team. It was truly an inspiring weekend.
***Not Pictured is Assistant Coach Kitty Montgomery who had to pull double duty and coach her U10 girls team simultaneously-coming away with a hard fought tie.***
From all of us at SAYSA: CONGRATULATIONS U13G TEAM VALKYRIE. We are so incredibly proud of you all!

We don't have as many home games as last weekend but hopefully you'll be able to come and cheer on the home team at one of them. If you find yourself needing 😁 to cheer on more SAYSA teams-we are really fun-just down the road in Oregon, several of our SAYSA teams are also playing in the Fall Fury tournament. We'd love to see you at any and all games this weekend! GO SAYSA!

Calling all Referee's and those who want to Ref! We've had great ref coverage the last season and as a reward SAYSA voted to continue the $70 bonus for those who ref 7 HOME games during a single season (fall or spring). In addition, MAYSA offers a $100 bonus who complete their minimum number of games. Click the link below to sign up for the MAYSA bonus and all details on both bonuses can be found on SAYSA's referee page.
