Pipeline to the Trades 2018 10/24/2018

CWDA was proud to partner with Pathways Wisconsin and Operation Fresh Start in co-hosting the Pipeline to the Trades workshop on October 16, 2018. Nearly 100 attendees representing K-12 education, contractors, youth and adult apprenticeship training programs, government, community agencies, industry associations, and interested in exposing and preparing more youth and young adults to the great, family-supporting careers available in this industry.

Graduates will gain industry certifications such as OSHA 10, First Aid, and PACT. Train on a real construction site. Prepare for apprenticeship and other jobs in the construction industry. They will get support from a trades professional with 20+ years of experience and hands-on training at a real construction site through our partnership with Operation Fresh Start.
