Hey friends,
I wanted to share a little update about social media and how you'll be hearing from me moving forward.
If I'm being completely honest, I've never felt fully at home on social media.
Over the years, I've tried different approaches. I've tried showing up more consistently. I've tried following the advice and all the things we're told we're “supposed to do”. But no matter what I did, it never felt quite right or exciting. I could never show up here in a way that felt fully authentic to who I am.
And at this point in my life and business, I'm no longer interested in forcing something that doesn't align.
I've also realized that my relationship with social media isn't the healthiest. It's easy to get pulled into the comparison, the scrolling, the noise, and that's not how I want to spend my time or energy.
And I've been learning that doing more isn't always better. Sometimes creating space allows us to be more present, more intentional, and more connected.
One thing I've realized over the last few years is that the parts of my work that light me up most are the deeper conversations, the meaningful connections, and the opportunities to truly teach and support women. Whether that's sitting across from a client, leading a workshop, teaching a class, or sharing knowledge in a way that allows for more depth and authenticity.
Time away from social media allows me to focus more of my energy on those things.
This doesn't mean I'm disappearing completely.
You'll still see posts here from time to time about upcoming events, workshops, and things happening at Ether Wellness. My assistants will continue to help with that, although we're intentionally scaling back a bit as all of our lives and capacities evolve.
I'll also still check messages periodically, likely once a week or every other week.
But I'm removing social media from my phone and stepping away from the expectation that I need to constantly be here.
What I've realized is that I don't necessarily want to communicate less. I want to communicate differently. In a way that feels much more aligned with who I am.

Soften & Restore. 🤍
This week’s Yin Yoga session is an invitation to slow down and give your body the space it’s been quietly asking for. Through long‑held, supported postures, you’ll soften tension, nourish your joints and connective tissues, and let your nervous system finally exhale.
This gentle practice offers a moment to breathe, reset, and reconnect with yourself. This session is especially supportive for women navigating hormonal shifts, fatigue, or simply craving a pause that feels restorative rather than rushed.
