Today was primarily maintenance rehab exercises at Unbox Fitness

I threw in these two exercises for explosive rotation power in the transverse plane & strengthening, in a stretch position, in the sagittal plane.

I’m always thinking about how to move better, not just look muscular.

Thank you all who brought me on board to co-create some awesome music… AND, for a cause that is for so much more than the music itself 🙏

We are all in a different chapter in our lives (we are not those kids anymore, lol) but life has a beautiful way of bringing people together for specific purposes.

I can’t wait to hear & share the finished music 🤘

After chiseling away the hard/dusty clay material for a while, she realized that it would be more effective & efficient to pour water on the hard clay to soften it
& get to the petrified wood chip inside 💪🧠
