Hello! I'm happy you're here!😊

My name is Kiana, and I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Pain-Free Performance Specialist, and Nutrition Coach. My training combines strength, conditioning, and mobility to help you feel stronger, balanced, and more flexible. Each session is tailored to fit your individualized goals and lifestyle.

Every Tuesday for 13 Weeks starting January 6th at 4:00 PM, join me for 🌿 THINK LIKE A MONK 🌿 small group strength training.

Part book club, part strength-building class — designed so you can participate at your own comfort level.

This is a unique 13-week experience that blends the themes of Think Like a Monk with intentional, strength-focused movement. Our sessions will primarily be dedicated to your workout, helping you build physical strength, resilience, and mindfulness through guided training.

If you’d like to explore the book more deeply, you’ll receive an optional weekly worksheet that highlights the chapter of the week and offers simple reflection prompts you can work through on your own.

At its core, this series is designed to help you feel grounded, strong, and supported — inside and out. And, you'll enjoy getting stronger — both physically and mentally — as the weeks go on!💙
