These are legal on roads in my town. I avoid these things like the plague. I lost count how many times I have seen ATV/UTV drivers violate traffic laws. I have never seen someone wearing a helmet driving one. I often see them gathered at bars. I wonder how much alcohol has an effect in these stats?
