I’m ( ) now the head coach at Bexar Barbell’s satellite location in Magnolia! Same great coaching, but with an awesome mentor ( ) helping me grow and learn, all kilos all the time, more platform space, a team, sauna, and so much more. You can find me doing my favorite: weightlifting 🏋🏼‍♀️

Team training hours:
MWF 4:30-7:30pm
SAT 9-12 + ice baths and sauna for fun

First comp in the books for Maya and Bruno! Both went 6/6, a couple PRs, and brought home some hardware 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I love coaching meets. It’s so stressful, so fun, and so rewarding. Watching your people put all their hard work to the test AND achieve their goals…absolutely priceless.

I remember telling after his 5kg 🥹 sn**ch pr that it felt like i just set a PR because my heart rate was through the roof and I was seriously jacked up for him!

He put in the work, he wanted it, and he made it happen.
