Let me formally introduce you to who you’ll see taking the field for Magnolia Elite 2k16 next week in Galveston.
Last night we handed out our Nationals swag, and it was a reminder of just how far this team has come.
This season hasn’t been easy. We’ve faced challenges, adversity, and moments that could have made us quit. But the girls still standing have shown what true resilience, selflessness, and a team-first mindset look like.
Because of their grit, determination, and relentless hustle, they’ve earned the #2 seed heading into Nationals—and they earned their berth paid for. Every drop of blood, sweat, and tears has led to this moment.
This team wasn’t built on talent alone. Our foundation is built on Christ, effort, and hustle. We believe who you become along the journey matters just as much as the outcome.
Now it’s time to go chase everything you’ve worked so hard for.
Go compete. Go believe. Go glorify God in all you do.

Coach Jana has prayed steadfastly over this team all season, reminding these girls that their identity is found in Christ before it’s ever found on a scoreboard. Through her conversations, and faithful prayers with players, she’s helped several of these girls grow in their faith, building confidence not only as athletes but as young women of God.
We pray this next year is filled with abundant blessings, joy, and favor. Happy Birthday, Coach Jana!

Today for practice we got together for team training with Richard Perez from Lonestar Sports Zone
He pushed some of our girls outside of their comfort zone, but they knew at all times they can do hard things.
We made adjustments, we came together as a team and worked hard.
