These cheesy chicken & black bean quesadillas are packed with protein, easy to make, and perfect for busy nights. Pair with salsa, veggies, or guacamole for a balanced meal the whole family will love.
Ingredients (serves 4):
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
4 large whole-wheat tortillas
½ cup corn (optional)
1 tsp taco seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, black beans, corn, and taco seasoning.
Heat a skillet over medium heat with a little oil or butter.
Place a tortilla in the pan, sprinkle cheese, add the chicken mixture, then top with more cheese and another tortilla.
Cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Slice into wedges and serve with Greek yogurt (as a sour cream swap), salsa, or guacamole.
Protein: ~30–35g per serving

Even mild dehydration can make your muscles feel tired, slow your endurance, and impact recovery. Keep a water bottle handy before, during, and after your session 💧 your body (and your performance) will thank you. 🏋️♀️💪
Pro tip: add a squeeze of lemon and a pinch of sea salt, or a splash of electrolyte drink on longer workouts for an extra boost.

🌮🔥 Cinco de Mayo fuel, made gains-friendly 💪
Who says tacos can’t fit your goals? Lean protein and fresh toppings—this is how we celebrate AND stay on track.
🌟ingredients (4 servings)
-1 lime
-corn tortillas
-1 onion
-1 pepper
-2 cloves garlic
-2 T coconut oil
-15 oz beef flank steak lean
-2 t chili chipotle powder
-fat free sour cream (or plain greek yogurt for extra protein!!)
-1 T cumin
🌟Directions
1. preheat pan over medium high heat with coconut oil
2. season steak with salt and pepper
3. sear steak on both sides for 5 minutes. remove and rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly and seasoning with chipotle pepper
4. add sliced peppers and onions to pan with minced garlic and cumin. sauté for 5 minutes until tender
5. warm corn tortillas in a pan then top with steak, vegetables, sour cream, and wedge of lime
