And if you call me fat or try to fat-shame me, you can KISS my fat A$$. 😘🤪

I’ve had numerous grown men and women attempt to fat-shame me—specifically on my TikTok account. Honestly, it’s disgusting how some people find enjoyment in trying to tear others down.

But the funny thing is, after becoming a mama, my confidence has skyrocketed. I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been, yet I’m also the most confident I’ve ever been.

Being the fittest you’ve ever been doesn’t automatically mean you’ll be the most confident. True confidence comes from knowing who you are, doing the internal work, and fully BEING HER.

So, let this be your reminder: throughout life and its different seasons, your body will continuously change. Love yourself through ALL of it—not only when you believe you look your best.

Don’t hide yourself when you aren’t feeling your best. Don’t feel ashamed of your body. Be grateful for it, honor it, and show it love.

An opinion has never paid one of my bills—and it never will.

HAPPY THURSDAYYYYYYY!!!!!

I love getting my nails done! 💅🏻

One thing I’ve realized while navigating postpartum depression is how important it is to do the things that make you feel good—even the smallest things that seem like they wouldn’t make a difference.

Because sometimes, they make all the difference.

Getting your nails done, becoming more active, eating healthier, socializing, returning to your hobbies and passions, and going after your goals and dreams—it all helps you reconnect with yourself.

When you feel your best, you begin to show up differently. Your confidence and self-esteem improve, which impacts every area of your life.

Are you putting yourself out there, making plans, pursuing your dreams, and experiencing life? Or are you canceling plans, isolating yourself, and staying home?

Self-care isn’t only about how you look—it’s about intentionally doing the things that support your mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

Sometimes, the smallest step toward feeling like yourself again can make the biggest difference. 🤍

In business, you’re not always going to win—and although this is hard to share, I believe in being transparent about the wins and the moments that don’t go as planned. 🤍

Unfortunately, I’ve made the decision to cancel my Time To Be Her Convention.

I’m disappointed. I poured so much time, energy, money, and love into creating a space for women to heal, feel, connect, release, and rediscover themselves.

There was so much interest, but when it came time for registrations, the numbers simply weren’t there. Events are costly, and sometimes in business you have to make the hard decision to protect what you’re building.

But I don’t believe this means the vision was wrong. Maybe it just needs to look different.

Time To Be Her was created from some of the darkest chapters of my life—grieving the death of an absent parent, losing myself, navigating family toxicity, cutting off family, and feeling incredibly alone.

Somewhere along the way, I decided to turn that darkness into something positive. I learned to create my own light. I decided to become the best version of myself. I decided it was time to be HER. The woman who’s shows up for herself time and time again. And I wanted to share some of that light with other women through this event.

So this isn’t the end.

I’m just taking a step back.

It’s redirection, replanning, reconnecting, realigning, and growing.

Maybe not now. Maybe not exactly how I imagined it.

But there will be magic along the way. 🤍

My little TED Talk… 🤍

Money doesn’t buy happiness, but it does have the ability to change your life. One thing money can’t buy, though, is time.

After having my baby boy, I realized just how quickly time passes. I got into entrepreneurship because one day, I want flexibility. I want to provide for my family on my own terms and never have to miss the moments that matter most because of a 9–5.

Of course, we have to provide for our families—but my mission is to build a life where I can do that without sacrificing the time I’ll never get back.

And my mission goes beyond me.

I want to help other women believe in themselves and realize that their dreams are possible. Imagine pursuing your passion. Imagine building something that gives you more freedom and flexibility. Imagine feeling the fear and doubt—but choosing to move forward anyway.

Fear no longer stops me because my mission is bigger than my fear.

It’s time to stop waiting until you feel completely ready. Your dreams are still possible. It’s time to become HER. ✨

Sometimes you’ve gotta motivate yourself just to make it through your 9–5… 🤣especially when your heart knows there’s something more you’re meant to do. 🤍

There’s nothing wrong with working hard, taking care of your responsibilities, and doing what needs to be done—but don’t let the routine of everyday life make you forget about your dreams.

That vision you have for your life is still possible. The goals you can’t stop thinking about are on your heart for a reason. Even if you can only work toward them a little at a time, keep going. You don’t have to have everything figured out today—you just have to refuse to give up on yourself.

Show up for your job, handle your responsibilities, but continue showing up for your dreams, too. One day, everything you’re building behind the scenes will become the life you once prayed for. 🤍✨
