Exhausted but feeling good about things. Wife and I are doing our best to provide for our meatball, the dogs and our students.

Every year that passes, I watch Jessie accomplish something greater than the year prior. This year, we couldn’t get enough of each other so we made our own little best friend.

Happy birthday to my one and only, the bar is set awfully high for next year 🥰

Done, done and done. For today.

Normal schedule tomorrow, back to work!

Had a blast having these holiday workouts not because it shortens my day, but because we get to see our friends who can’t make our normal schedule. I’ll always teach with the same intention whether it’s a room of two or a room of twenty but man does it feel special to see a mix of old and new faces 🩵🩵🩵

Quick away game with the young gun. Fight number nine, three more rounds in the bags. Game opponent, fun fight with knees to head allowed and we’re walking away with the win.

Another one of these posts pt. II

A great deal of good things packed into a couple days.

Went to NY and forgot to drink water but ate as much stuff as I could with wife and son. Son was a perfect gnocchi, traveled incredibly well and slept as much as humanly possible.

Visited the new Sway store in Queens - clean as all get out, created and staffed by people who want to move the needle and even carry products created by athletes / former athlete / forever lovers of combat sports. Feels good being in a place like that and Jessie and I were able to get our hands on some quality stuff.

Freedom salvaged Nick’s fight after a weight cut fiasco, flew in a game dude from Miami. Hats off to him for taking a dangerous fight on one days notice. Nick finished off his year with a late TKO and remains injury free. TK surprise cornered with me as Nick thought she was already on the way to Korea/Thailand. Big fight in January in the works.

Made it home in time to grab a corn dog, see a capybara, and look at some pumpkins.
