It’s been quite a journey and a long road, and I’m just gettin warmer up. This year I celebrated my 10 years as a trainer, coach, and consultant, co-founded First Artist Fitness with , and began a new chapter with LifeTime.

On a fitness level:
Posting this to remind you, It’s a process. You won’t feel like it everyday, it won’t happen over night, but if you want it bad enough you will keep going. If you keep going you WILL CHANGE. Keep crushing it y’all.

On a human level:
Despite what we have going on. Truly use this time to reflect, grow, and evolve. Sometime God forces us to slow down, and to be still, so that GOD can speak. Be open to hearing, receiving. Keep your heart and mind open so that you can receive, everything you need to get from this moment.
