🌱✨ Liberty Middle School students have been busy bees, and just look at the amazing harvest they've achieved! 🌾 They’ve also embraced their roles as plant identifiers, creating some beautiful projects along the way. Can you spot the leaves they used for inspiration? 🍃
Plus, they've harvested seeds to prep for next season! 🌼🌿
What do you think they'll grow next?

Welcome back to school! Our third grade classes started off strong with a lesson that combines reflection on personal and group qualities, values, rights and responsibilities, and biodiversity of people, plants and animals.
These topics reflect the learning go tracks for the semester related to science study of inheritance and traits, to social studies content on geography and to International Baccalaureate concepts of Who We Are.
Our students agree that we all have the right to education, a clean healthy planet and food! It is our responsibility to care for each other.
Our students will be studying vocabulary and concepts related to characteristics (ways to describe things) of people and plants.
There are many things to observe and classify. Many characteristics are shared between people and plants. Can you name a few?
