I love summer, and I’m always a little sad to see it go. ☀️ But I’m also looking forward to fall and seeing so many faces, both new and familiar, coming into the studio and changing up their exercise routines. 🍂

Fall is coming, and we’re ready to keep moving! 💪

🔥 5:15 AM — Heated Cardio Sculpt with Jenny
Pilates + cardio + weights in a heated room for a full-body workout.

💥 7:00 AM — Reformer Circuit with Carrie
A more intense, strength-based reformer workout with cardio bursts.

✨ 10:00 AM — Reformer Flow with Carrie
A full-body reformer workout focused on strength, control, and movement.

✨ 5:15 PM — Reformer Flow with Linsey
A full-body reformer workout to strengthen, lengthen, and move.

Hard to believe fall is right around the corner! 🍂 With the new school year approaching, there will be a few changes to our class schedule as my kids head back to school.

But don’t worry—we’re also growing! 💚 We’re adding more instructors to the Tuck & Tone team and hope to have even more class options on the schedule soon.

Thank you for your continued support, flexibility, and for being part of our studio community. Stay tuned for schedule updates and some exciting things ahead including:

**On demand workouts for Studio Members. I’m a bit behind on this, but it’s still coming.

** Reformer classes to target knee pain, back pain and more!

**Beginner reformer challenges to help you go from “newbie” to feeling confident in any reformer class.

As an alternative, you could consider Reformer Flow on Wednesday, August 12 at 8:30 AM and 6:15 pm or Barre at 5:15 pm or on August 14th Reformer Flow at 5:15 am or Barre 7 am
