Before the state championships and first-place banners, there were rolls, handstands, cartwheels—and lots of practice.

We're incredibly proud to celebrate three 2026 State Champion teams: Bronze, Silver and Gold.

But every one of these champions started the same way: learning the basics in gymnastics class.

Whether your child dreams of competing someday or simply wants to build strength, confidence and new skills, every gymnastics journey has a beginning.

I love finding pictures like this. I remember those days — teaching classes and doing whatever needed to be done to keep Spirals growing.

At the time, I certainly wasn’t thinking about where Spirals would be 44 years later. I was just building something I believed in, one class at a time. ❤️

They’re the friendships, the giggles, the silly faces—and getting to be a kid while learning something you love.
