Gunnatrashya (NRHA $20 Million Sire) carries the infamous Colonels Smoking Gun line (NRHA $15 Million Sire) while Wimpys Rose goes back to Smart Little Lena, a triple crown NCHA cutting horse. It's so rewarding watching our babies grow and fill out! This available yearling Circle H bred filly has a powerhouse pedigree: Spooks Gotta Whiz × Wimpys Rose. Built right, bred right, and ready to step into a program. She has triple Crown genetics on top and proven mare power on bottom.

The top boast a stud line that goes all the way back to Peppy San Badger, a member of the NCHA Hall of Fame. Peppy San Badger won the NCHA Futurity in 1977 and the Derby in 1978. In addition he was reserve world champion in 1980, and won the 1981 NCHA Finals. In 19 seasons, Peppy San Badger sired 2,325 AQHA registered foals that have earned more than 7,200 points in all divisions, and won more than $25 million.
This filly also goes back to Hollywood Jac 86, who made history as the first sire in reining to produce offspring with National Reining Horse Association (NRHA) earnings exceeding $1 million—a milestone he achieved in 1993, when prize purses and high-paying events were far fewer than today. That same year, he was inducted into the NRHA Hall of Fame. Remarkably, 60% of Hollywood Jac’s progeny became performers, collectively earning more than $1.7 million in NRHA winnings and accumulating 1,668 AQHA points.
On the bottom this filly carries genetics from Wimpy's Little Step, an NRHA $15 Million Sire. The bottom also goes back to Smart Little Lena who is the #2 All Time Leading Sire, NCHA $42.3 Million Sire, and the first horse to win NCHA’s Triple Crown. Smart Little Lena was out of Doc O'Lena X Smart Peppy. Doc O'Lena goes back to Doc Bar and Poco Lena, two of the most influential horses in the cutting industry.

The month of September is the peak weaning month of the year. This is because most foals are born between March and May, which puts them at 4–6 months old by September, the ideal biological window for weaning. Circle H Performance Horses weans all foals with care and intention, keeping them in familiar surroundings, with the right social groups, and a calm, low‑stress process that sets them up to grow confident and sound.

At this age they become ready to be weaned because:

-Their digestive system is mature enough to handle forage and grain without relying on the mare.

-Their immune system is stronger, reducing stress‑related illness during the transition.

-Growth plates are in a stable stage, making nutrition consistency more important than milk.

-Foals are socially ready to join age‑appropriate groups and learn herd behavior.

In addition, this timing also aligns with fall pasture changes, cooler temperatures, and more predictable feeding schedules, all of which make the transition smoother and safer!

Many young horses naturally offer pieces of reining maneuvers long before they’re ever trained — like rocking back for a stop, pivoting a hind foot to turn, or changing leads on their own to stay balanced.
