Getting ready for Every Now and Zen, my new yoga class available 6pm on Fridays at Venus Moon Wellness Boutique! Come join me for the combo class where we start with power flow to build some heat and end with restorative, to relax the mind, body, and spirit. A perfect way to start your weekend!
I'll also be subbing for Chamica tomorrow at 9am for Hatha Yoga. Or just pop into the boutique and buy something to fill your spiritual needs. I'll be there til 2pm!
