I love that your body can do this class in the pool..but on land would be a lot more stressful on the joints. Try this class...you will be happy you did!

Here is a question that I was asked recently..can a person lose inches off a particular area like the "lower belly" area. Well the answer is no...you can't. It is physically impossible to isolate a certain area and lose the fat. So focus on losing weight and toning the WHOLE body. Enjoy the day!!! 🌞💛🌈
