Working out at least once a week can literally save your life.

I was recently divorced and starting life as a single dad in 2016. The only goal I had was to better my health so I could live longer and be here for my kids. So what if you don't nail fitness and nutrition on the first try. Nobody is perfect when you're learning you're going to stumble. That's part of the learning process. Don't be afraid to try!!
