One of the greatest gifts we can give our kids is an example worth following.
Not a perfect example. Not an always motivated example. Just a parent who keeps getting back outside, keeps trying new things, and keeps making adventure part of life.
The trails we ride today become memories.
Keep riding, because they’re watching and they’re learning.

As summer winds down, we’re preparing our event calendar for the fall. We’re hoping to bring families together for a trail cleanup day and potentially two more Trail Scouts MTB adventure days - be sure to sign up for our free newsletter, The Scout’s Report, through the link in our bio for updates on upcoming events.
The simmer heat had us hit the pause button on events, but we’ve been busy behind the scenes, continually planning a platform that welcomes families from all over our community into the world of mountain biking.
Let’s be honest, riding your mountain bike fast, and sketchy at times, makes everyone laugh, not just the kids.

🎤 Bulldozer & Build….we asked friends of SORBA Woodstock during Pedalpalooza a fun question - They are given the keys to the excavator for the day and they have to bulldoze one thing at the park and they have to build something new!
What would you say if you were given the keys? 🔑

🚨Adventure Day is now Saturday, June 13 at Blankets Creek Mountain Bike Park 🚨
The rain has the closed the trails at Allatoona with more rain expected. We have pivoted our first Adventure day to Blankets Creek, with the support of and we’re joining the PEDALPALOOZA BIKE FESTIVAL! 🎉
PEDALPALOOZA is an annual community event benefiting SORBA Woodstock. We’ll be on site from 10a - 2p and the festival continues to 4p. Come and get your Scout Guide and challenge your family with the beautiful trails Blankets offers.

This event is the perfect platform to kickoff our family-centric ride days. This gives even more reason to come out, take part in this active community and enjoy our amazing trails.
Thank you for allowing us to originally schedule our first Adventure…I know that we’ll have Allatoona back on the schedule again soon! 😉

We are anticipating closed trails Saturday May 30 so we are rescheduling the Trail Scouts MTB Adventure to JUNE 13 at Blankets Creek Mountain Bike during Pedalpalooza!
No need to update your RSVP. If you haven’t signed up and are available please on June 13 between 10a - 2p, please RSVP for this free event at TrailScoutsMTB.com.
Pedalpalooza is a annual community event to benefit - we’ll have Scout boxes set up, trail maps and our Trail Scouts MTB tent providing Scout Guides to participating families.
Help us spread the word - NO May 30 event due to wet trails so we’ll gather June 13.
We will return to Allatoona for an event at some point later in the year.

Then it becomes this…
confidence growing, laughter, and a family moving together.
And before you know it, it turns into something more -
moments that stick, lessons that last, and time spent where it matters the most.
Because it’s never just about the ride.
It’s about everything that comes with it.
