HOW DID I TRANSITION INTO COACHING

After many years of being hard on myself, I was dealing with insecurities, fears, and a people-pleaser mentality with the hopes of fitting in. Growing up in a single-parent household and watching my mother struggle affected me. Though my father was physically there for the first twelve years of my life, he was not mentally or emotionally present due to his challenges. As we grow up in these environments, it can take its toll on us. We carry the little girl who has never spoken about her thoughts, feelings, or pain into adulthood. Our experiences affect our thoughts, beliefs, and our behaviors. I made a conscious decision to go on a self-fulfilling journey. Through this, I am becoming aware of who I am. I believe that greatness lies within everyone, regardless of what we've gone through. I am on a mission to help as many women as possible. I am here to assist you in discovering that truth in your life.
