🚴♂️ Quick fit check with one of my longtime clients before he heads west to Colorado for his final Leadville prep!
We made a couple of key adjustments—one to correct a cleat that had slipped out of position, and another to account for the flexibility he’s gained since our last session. As always, the most important part of the process was Tom’s feedback on how everything felt, helping ensure he’s dialed and ready.

The obsession with lighter bikes is real! ⚖️ I’m amazed at how light and strong bikes have become. I see riders spending over $10,000 on new bikes, or hundreds on parts, just to shave off as little as 10 grams—the weight of a AAA battery 🔋.
There’s no denying that a lighter bike can help you go faster 🚴♂️💨. But if your bike doesn’t fit your body properly, any gains from a lighter setup can be lost—or worse, lead to injury ⚠️.
