WE'RE MOVING!!!

Just up the road - but secret's out - 1124 is on the move! Our physical location is for sale - and we are finalizing the details on our new home, just a few minutes from our current home!

For 7 years, 225 Crescent Circle has been our home! We've seen so much growth inside the walls, and are so grateful for all the memories and friendships that have been made here! God hand crafted this space for 1124 to be launched and grow into what it is today - perfectly in His way!

We cannot wait to post about our new space in the next few days and share some of the unbelievable things we're going to be able to provide there, but for now - we want to celebrate 7 years in an amazing building hand crafted for what we needed it for!

One of our favorite days of the year - a day where we can fully celebrate our fearless leader and all that you do for so many!

There's not a single person who has passed through our doors that wasn't impacted - positively - by you, your caring/loving attitude - always putting us all first and always thinking of everything - for everyone else!

Without you at the helm - 1124 would be a shell of what it is today - and we are all so grateful and blessed to have you lead us every day - and so blessed to have your sourdough brought to the gym each week iykyk...

Our November Member of the Month goes to Diana Solorio!

Diana has been with us at 11:24 for just over a year! She can most frequently be seen at the noon class or occasionally in the evening! Diana is never the loudest in the room but her presence makes her known. She is kind, speaks to everyone and truly just leans into her CrossFit journey one day at the time. She is consistent and always is a joy to be around!

Give it up for DIANAAAAAA!

If you've been in the gym longer than a day, you know who everyone's DeeDee is!

Always there to encourage - or maybe discourage if she has her MOM hat on and feels the need to put her foot down... DeeDee is the example of what it means to be a loving member of 1124!

We are all very grateful to have you as our shared DeeDee - we hope you have a very special day, presumably with your beautiful grandkids!

Our October Member of the Month is AVA REYNOLDS!

Ava and John came to us ready to learn and plug themselves into the 11:24 community and that they have done! Ava does such a wonderful job of listening to our coaches and trusting the process! Her progress speaks for itself but she is such a joy to have in class!!

It's football season - and in the south that means tailgate for college football Saturdays!

It's always fun to get together - not sweating for a change - and Saturday's tailgate was a great excuse to do so!

What's your favorite tailgate food?! In the running from Saturday has to be the homemade wontons, chocolate chip cookies, and Mac n cheese! Can't wait for some cooler weather so we can have a chili cookoff and see who's got the best!
