Congratulations, Coach H!!!!

Congratulations to MHS Coach Nick Houstoulakis for being named the Georgia Track and Field Coach of the Year by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association. This past year, Coach Houstoulakis led the Blue Devils Track and Field team to a State Championship win.

Marietta's Eric Zeier selected as part of inaugural class of Georgia High School Football Hall of Fame Former Marietta High School quarterback Eric Zeier was voted in as a member of the inaugural Georgia High School Football Hall of Fame class.

Greetings Blue Devil Fans and we hope to see you Friday night at Milton to cheer on our Varsity football team as they attempt to reach the quarterfinals vs. Milton!!! Please pay close attention to the following information so you don’t have any surprises when you get to the game:

• Milton has a “Clear Bag Policy” (attached), so please be sure before you head into the stadium to have a clear bag for your items or leave them in your vehicle.

• Parking is $5 per vehicle so please be prepared to pay that fee.

Congratulations to the Lady Blue Devil Cross Country Team who successfully defended their title on Saturday!

Congratulations to the Boys Cross Country Team for being the State Runner-Up!!!

Congratulations to our Blue Devils on another successful football season and earning the right to host the first round of the GHSA state playoffs. Because Friday night’s game is a GHSA playoff event, there are a number of important GHSA policies and reminders to be aware of regarding admission:

• MCS employee badges WILL be honored, but GHSA permits entry for the employee only. There is no “+1” in the playoffs.
• All-sport passes cannot be honored for playoff events
• Reserve seat season tickets are for the regular season only. They cannot be honored for playoff events.
• Sky Suite passes cannot be honored for admission to the game, but they will be honored for admission to the Sky Suite. If you have a Sky Suite pass, please be sure to purchase a ticket in order to get through the gate.
• All tickets must be purchased through GoFan at https://gofan.co/app/events/446225?schoolId=GA5145 and all seating is first-come, first served. Please arrive early to secure the best seats.
• Gates will open at 6:00 p.m. Game begins at 7:30 p.m.

Per GHSA rights, the game will be streamed online exclusively through the NFHS network at https://www.nfhsnetwork.com/events/marietta-high-school-marietta-ga/gam95f53a114e. A subscription is required to see the game, but they offer an option for a full month at $10.99. This would allow subscribers to see all playoff games during the next few weeks.
