This has been one of the hardest couple years of my life. From losing my brother and battling my own depression. In August I started my weight loss journey AGAIN. Yep, thatโs right, AGAIN. Even as a fitness and nutrition coach I lost my way. I let depression take hold of myself and before I knew it I had gained back everything I had lost.
Even though I KNEW what to do I still had cravings EVERYDAY. And on top of that I was pre-diabetic. Great ๐. Like wtf Aubrey lol. I had sworn Iโd never do anything crazy like take special gummies or drink that damn ๐ฉ looking syrup. But then I researched different medications to help with not only my cravings but lower my glucose. And thatโs when I found the medication, Tirzepatide.
Seriously, this has been a life changer. I no longer those cravings and I can choose healthier choices on a daily basis. With the help of the medication AND a healthy diet and exercise I have now lost almost all of the weight I put back on.
