Hard work and dedication pays off. Private Stillions graduated last friday from the Marine Corps 13 week boot camp. The first photo is him recieving his Eagle Globe and Anchor. That is pure pride and joy on his face, plus a little bit of dirt. No one said that earning the title was easy or for everyone.

Happy Easter weekend!!! The Marines at Mansfield, had an awesome Easter egg hunt. Each egg had a work out hidden inside. Everything from 5 push ups to 100 burpee.

Walked in this morning to a letter from Recruit Noe, (aka. Mohawk Noe) he just finished up grass week, where he learned to shoot the M16A4 service rifle out to a distance of 500 yards. He goes to the Crusible this week and will earn the Title of Marine by next week. Men and women from this area are doing great things with their lives, what is it that you are doing?

Future Marine Doubikin, was recognized for the Defensive player of the year for Cardington Highschool. He will also be playing in the MVP game on Tuesday. Let's show some support for his achievement!!!! @ Cardington, Ohio

It's always a good day when you get a letter from boot camp. Recruit Stillons wrote the office to tell us that his Platoon earned 1st in initial drill. In boot camp just like in life everything is a competition. It can be against an opponent, the enemy, or your self. The Marines teach you to master your self, so that you can fight and win against any odds.

PCS Marion had an early Morning chowing down on some pancakes Breakfast. It's always nice to have breakfast as a family. If your looking to slam down some pancakes the 61st annual pancake breakfast will be going on till 2pm today. @ Tri-Rivers Career Center

Big shout out to the Highland year book. They allowed us to share our experiences and explain the opportunities of the Marine Corp. It was fun, answering all of your questions, and seeing the reactions when putting on the Vest. Don't forget your dealines!!!
