WELCOME TO OLYMPUSSTRONG TRAINING
I’m proud to officially welcome Max Kellogg to the OlympusStrong Training team.
Max earned his certifications through National Academy of Sports Medicine and is CPR certified, with certifications in both personal training and nutrition coaching.
But certifications only tell part of the story.
For the last 3 months, Max has been shadowing me directly.
Learning the OlympusStrong method.
Learning how we coach.
How we push people.
How we build confidence inside and outside the gym.
Not just workouts.
Not just reps.
Real accountability.
Real connection.
Real change.
And what I respect is he didn’t just come in trying to copy everything I do.
He took the foundation of the OlympusStrong method and added some of his own training styles, ideas, and techniques to it too.
That matters.
Because good coaches don’t just repeat information.
They learn it.
Apply it.
Then grow from it.
Former football and baseball athlete.
Hard worker.
Good mindset.
And someone who actually cares about helping people get better.
Outside the gym you’ll probably find him fishing, hiking, walking his dog, or doing anything that gets him outside and moving.

It was built to help people become stronger mentally and physically.

Proud of this kid.
February’s Fahey Bank Athlete of the Month
I’ve had the chance to watch him grow not just as an athlete, but into a young man who shows up when it’s not easy. The moments when most people would have quit.
He’s the kind of guy who doesn’t just put in the work he turns around and gives it back, showing the younger guys what it takes to be a champion.
That matters.
I’m proud of you Kile!

That’s not luck.
That’s work.
Early mornings when nobody was watching.
Practices that pushed past exhaustion.
Matches where quitting would’ve been easier.
Wrestling has a way of testing more than strength.
It tests your will… your patience… and how much you’re willing to suffer for something you believe in.
This season was built on resilience.
On getting back up when things didn’t go your way.
On showing up again and again when others would have folded.
Now the stage gets bigger.
State.
Proud of the work you’ve put in and the mindset you’ve carried the entire way.
No matter what happens next, you’ve already proven something most people never will.
You don’t quit.
Now go finish what you started.
