We are incredibly proud to announce that Ryan Serhal has been named to the All-State 2nd Team, and Joel Sheets has been named to the All-State Honorable Mention Team! Congratulations to you both on your outstanding seasons!!

Summer workouts begin Monday June 8th, that means speed and agility is back in session! Take advantage of these opportunities to make huge gains in your athletic performance this summer. Improve your explosiveness, body control, acceleration, top speed, and overall athleticism!

On Monday, June 8th. Speed and agility will take place at Armstrong. The rest of the summer sessions will take place at the Linn-Mar high school stadium. Enter through the South entrance.
